Problemino "incorniciare" Forum^^

Salve a tutti,
non riesco a chiudere la "cornice" al mio forum...
QUI:
Vorrei poterlo chiudere come QUI
Il codice lo prendo da overall_footer.html ed è questo
Ma non riesco a posizionarlo nell'overall_header.html ... che allego di seguito
Potreste aiutarmi?
