Ciao, usiamo Proformell come stile da anni ed è sempre stato ok, ma ultimamente c'è un problema che cercherò di spiegare e chiedo a voi se è possibile eliminare.
Nella versione 3.0.7 era tutto ok.
Nella verisione 3.0.8 si presenta un problema col bottone "cambia dimensione carattere" nel senso che al primo collegamento con il forum i caratteri si settano su una dimensione che non è tra quelle di default, piccolo, medio, grande, ma è come dire piccolissimo, poi se si clicca a rotazione per cambiare la dimensione ecco che il piccolissimo sparisce e sempre a rotazione cambiano piccolo, medio, grande.
Questo problema sulla 3.0.9 era sparito, ma di fatto NON funzionava nemmeno il bottone, NON cambiava affatto la dimensione, però piuttosto che il fastidioso carattere piccolissimio di default era meglio cosi.
Ora la 3.0.10 ripresenta ancora questo fastidiosissimo difetto

E' possibile risolvere il problema? E se si come?
Nel caso andrebbe bene anche inibire tale bottone e settare per default il carattere piccolo come nella versione 3.0.9, tanto tale funzione sono convinto che nessuno la usa.

A me sembra che nel tuo overall_header.html manchi il riferimento al file "styleswitcher.js".
Dovrebbe esserci nel template e quindi nel file overall_header.html con un riga di questo tipo:

Per lo meno così è in "prosilver SE", probabilmente è la stessa cosa per "Proformell".
O manca la riga o manca il file.

Darò un'occhiata appena posso, però dico io, è tutto nuovo di balla, phpbb e stile, come può uno rilasciare uno stile bacato?

Ma il suddetto file dove dobrebbe essere?

EDIT: ho trovato il file in template di prosilver ma NON c'è nel proformell in quanto come da te scritto in un altro argomento proformell va a prendersi i file mancanti da prosilver......(file config con stringa che non ricordo)

Si presume che oltre allo style "Proformell" tu abbia installato gli stili di default. Prosilver, che ha un sistema simile di gestione del font, ce l'ha, nel template.
Quando uno stile crea dei problemi la prima cosa da fare è provare con uno stile di default, generalmente se il problema persiste la causa è da imputare ai file php ma se funziona il problema è il template.

EDIT: ma se non c'è il richiamo nel file overall_header.html come lo trova ?

Con prosilver è tutto ok, quindi è certo al 100% che è proformell ad avere problemi.
Ho provato a copiare parte del codice da prosilver a proformell cercando di inserirlo nel posto che secondo me è corretto, risultato sparisce addirittura il bottone.........

Ovviamente il file stylewitcher.js deve esistere nella stessa cartella dove c'è forum_fn.js

FAtto tutto, in effetti il file .js era mancante nella cartelal proformell ma siccome si era detto che prendeva i file di prosilver non ci avevo dato peso. Comunque, fatto tutto come hai suggerito, il problema rimane.....
E' strana una cosa però, che una volta che si è fatto il giro di piccolo/medio/grande, il piccolissimo sparisce anche se chiudo la finestra del browser e la riapro, se invece dal browser cancello anche i cookie ecco che allora si riparte con i caratteri piccolissimi......
Ma come si fa a rilasciare uno stile con questi problemi.............azz...

E infatti io uso "prosilver SE" che comunque è in pratica un "prosilver" con dimensione fissa, tanto ci sono mille modi per adattarlo alle proprie esigenze.

Va beh, non ne vengo fuori, ho provato a copiare/incollare parti di codici del prosilver e del vecchio proformell 3.0.7 a cui tutto funzionava bene ma niente da fare.
Ho messo una "toppa" inibendo la funzione cambia carattere commentando questo codice, spero di non andare incontro a problemi in quanto nella versione 3.0.9 il famigerato tasto non funzionava ma questo codice non era commentato...........boh, mi viene voglia di cambiare stile........

Nel pacchetto Proformell, anche nella versione per phpbb 3.0.10 non c'è il file stylewitcher, è probabile quindi che ne faccia a meno.
Devo dire però che l'inconveniente indicato io non l'ho mai notato.
