PHPBB3 abilitare le statistiche nel FOOTER

Salve, scusate la domanda forse banale ma non trovo precedenti argomenti che ne parlano.
Vorrei abilitare nel footer del mio PHPBB3 le statistiche di caricamento, presenti anche su questo stesso forum, esempio:
"Time : 1.279s | 26 Queries | GZIP : On
Seo : 0.0017 s ( 0.13 % ) - 13 Titles ( 28.90 % ) - 32 URLs rewritten ( 63.55 % ) - 15 URLs cached (7.55 % - saved 0.0004 s) "
P.S.:
forse si deve abilitare la modalità DEBUG, come indicato in questa guida?
