[RISOLTO] Aiuto: forum sparito

Salve ragazzi.
La mia board è sparita. Puff!!

Al suo posto c'è una pagina bianca dove campeggia questa riga:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /web/htdocs/www.schaferhunde.it/home/phpbb/cache/tpl_prosilver mod_overall_header.html.php on line 190


Ho cercato di vedere la riga 190 ma niente.

Ma se scarico il file incriminato e lo sostituisco con un altro sempre dello stesso tema, dite che si ripristina?
Fortuna vuole che ho effettuato il backup del forum e del database (Mysql).

E se disinstallo tutto, rimetto ex novo il tutto, il backup del forum lo ripristina?
Per il database (hostato su aruba) non c'è problema in quanto ho anche di lui il backup.

Vi prego aiutatemi.

Avrai eliminato la chiusura di una condizione <!-- ENDIF -->, nel template overall_header.html.
Allega il template.

ma potrebbe essere un problema di aruba?
Alcuni amici mi hanno detto che anche se loro non hanno problemi i test di aruba su cgi.bin e PHP test, non vanno e controllando i log di errore php si nota una sfilza di errori.

Ma se provo e ripulire la cartella e riparto ex novo con l'installazione di phpbb?
Ho il backup del forum e del database.

Intanto l'errore è sulla copia di cache del file.
Puoi cancellare tutti i file presenti nella cartella cache ad esclusione del file htaccess e index.php (se c'è, normalmente non c'è).
I file di cache si creano automaticamente, se il problema è nella cache si risolve. da solo.
Se persiste allora il problema è nel template, probabilmente overall_header.html.
Prima di reinstallare tutto io ci penserei.

Ho capito il problema ma ho bisogno di aiuto.
Il vecchio admin ha installato il portal xl e poi lo ha eliminato.
ora il database sta cercando SqlXXXXXX_1.phpbb_portal_config

Ovviamente il file non esiste.
cosa posso fare? Scaricare e installare portal xl?
Eliminare i file rimasti del portal xl? E come farlo manualmente?

Sovrascrivere il phpbb e ripristinare con il backup?
Mi è venuto il mal di testa per l'incazz.

Veramente il problema principale non è quello. Ma comunque c'è un bel pò di casino.

Innanzitutto, ci sono righe di codice dove non dovrebbero esserci.

Per esempio, la seguente parte non deve dopo il tag <head>.

Se hai seguito qualche mia guida, hai sbagliato nell'eseguire le istruzioni date.
Non vedo neanche la causa di quell'errore nel template.

Comunque, se sai che c'è qualche errore causato dalla disinstallazione di Portal XL, ti consiglio di effettuare il ripristino di un backup precedente, sempre che non sia molto vecchio.

Il casino non l'ho fatto io purtroppo e per fortuna.
Ho ripristinato il backup del forum e quello del Database.
E tutto è ritornato, tranne una cosa (della serie che non mi faccio mancare nulla):

Risolto.
Grazie all'incazz.....tura e al mal di testa avevo dimenticato di svuotare la cache.
Fatto via ftp e tutto è andato a posto-
Per sicurezza ho rifatto i backup del database mysql e del forum.
