Come Allargare il forum ?

Io ho modificato queste opzioni che mi hanno reso la board di dimensioni fisse impostando i parametri min-width.
Non devi copiarli,ma puoi prendere spunto da qui.
Se no dammi i permessi che procedo sul forum così faccio le prove

Quale file HTML hai modificato non lo hai scritto

Lo trovato era lo style css nulla da fare ecco il mio css ho aggiunto la parte che vedi evidenziata rossa ma non succede nulla

Prova ad aggiungere i css mancanti ^_^

Devo copaire quello che vedo dal tuo post dove hai messo il tuo CSS ! ovviamente le stringhe mancanti escludento le immagini giusto !

Esatto,prova a mettere i parametri come quelli...ovviamente devi contare quanto sarà larga la tua board,per poi dimensionare il banner
